Whether its building a new custom home, or renovating an existing, our clear ‘Pre Construction Process’ will provide clarity. We navigate the space between Design, DA submission, CC and finally OC.
We provide expert advice on building technique and buildability of your new home. We can also advise on Solar Passive Design, including orientation, windows, and sustainable material choices. We are also certified ‘Passive House’ builders for those wanting to go further.
We like to work alongside the architects/designers and provide detailed budget forecasts throughout the Design/ Pre Construction stage.

Develop and Approval
Once you’re satisfied with the preliminary costings and plans, the project can be submitted to local Council or Private Certifiers ready for approval.
Once you’re ready to move forward, we finalise your selections, and reach out to our trades and suppliers and provide our ‘Detailed Proposal’. You will receive a complete breakdown of everything included in our cost analysis with clarity given to all of your inclusions.
Once the proposal has been agreed upon, the next stage is to prepare the final building documents including the Building Contract. We will submit the contract to our insurance company to obtain Home Owners Warranty (HBCF) giving you piece of mind.

Construction and Implementation
We will provide a detailed programme scheduling all of our trades. This is reviewed fortnightly as the job progresses. We will also organise a time to meet our clients at the same time, same place every fortnight, to walk through the site to discuss progress, and any questions or queries you have for that stage. Our goal is to make the construction process as simple and enjoyable as possible.

Completion and Handover
This is the fun part.
The final stage involves a comprehensive walkthrough with the clients to ensure every element of the project meets their expectations. We handover all of the final documentations, warranties and the keys to your new home.
